A bit about me...
Maria Mander, Founder of Mander Wellbeing, is an experienced workplace Wellbeing Consultant and has worked with many organisations and schools across the Northwest. She is a renowned expert on managing stress, performance and teams using wellbeing, and applies techniques gained from being a Master Practitioner at Reiki, an accredited Mindfulness & Meditation Tutor and qualified Life Coach. Her insights are regularly seen through her writing, and speaking engagements at conferences.
Maria is passionate about inspiring people to make positive change in their lives, a journey that began with a career as a PA to CEOs and high performance business leaders. In these roles, she learned first-hand the importance of wellbeing in the workplace and how best to approach it.
The wellbeing solutions Maria delivers in corporate environments are designed to increase productivity by improving the health of employees, ensuring they are both happy and engaged. Maria develops strong partnerships with her clients who like her down-to-earth, friendly and supportive approach.
In 2018, Maria was the winner of the Commitment Award on the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme in recognition of her outstanding commitment.
Maria is a professional member of TiE Global Entrepreneurs, IoD and UK Reiki Federation.
Volunteer work includes Mentoring for The Girls Network and One Million Mentors.
