Mindfulness Meditation

Using the practice of Mindfulness in the workplace to improve focus, drive performance and cultivate a positive mindset. Supporting leaders and managers to build relationships in their teams and encourage colleagues to connect with one another to support mental wellbeing.

 

Learn how to cope with challenges, build resilience, develop self-awareness, manage emotions and increase happiness through the powerful practice of Mindfulness and Meditation.

 

Mindfulness and Meditation can be delivered in your business as a workshop / webinar, or part of wellbeing themed morning/day for your employees (e.g. mental health awareness week) as well as your staff away days and conferences.

 

 

 

Reiki

 

Reiki* is a holistic treatment that can be used in the workplace to enhance the health and mental wellbeing of employees. It is a technique that reduces stress, increases relaxation and a natural way to balance the mind and body. There are many benefits in having regular treatments including increased productivity by reducing mental and physical fatigue, boosts energy levels and supports the immune system.

 

Treatment takes place lying down on a couch in a quiet, private space remaining fully clothed throughout. Sessions can 15 or 30 minutes in a working environment.

Reiki can be delivered on a monthly basis for staff or part of a wellbeing themed morning/day for your employees as well as your staff away days and conferences.
