Benefits of Reiki in the workplace

Wellbeing in the workplace is gathering pace and my approach is the holistic route to support employees to stay mentally well and physically fit so that they can thrive at work. Therefore, I have introduced a practice called ‘Reiki’ into workplace to enhance the wellbeing of employees.

 

Reiki is a technique that reduces stress, increases relaxation and promotes healing in the body.  It is a natural and safe way to balance both the mind and body.  Regular Reiki treatments helps to keep the body in-tune and enhances quality of life. Here are some of the benefits I have personally seen Reiki deliver:

 

  • Reduces stress, anxiety, fears and negative self-talk

  • Helps to overcome difficulties and cultivates a positive mindset

  • Enhances clarity of thought which leads to better decision making

  • Promotes self-care to make changes for a more balanced life

 

All that is required to carry out Reiki treatments is a quiet, private space.
